It was a Sunday morning in early 2022, after a small get-together at Corey’s house, OneStopBox founder Paulie was sleeping peacefully on the couch. At around 7am, he was woken by Lauren (Corey’s roommate), who was making a decoration for a Hens night for the following weekend. Paulie was surprised at how good it looked for a DIY option.

This sparked an idea: what if anyone could make this type of decoration with a home DIY-kit? Something that comes in a box with everything needed to make your own decoration. After some online research, Paulie found that people are quite time-poor these days and just want someone to do the thinking for them. So he thought: what if they just got a box of decorations that didn’t need to be made, but all they had to do was put them up?

Thus, OneStopBox was born! He spent the next 12 months researching ideas, sourcing items online, and slowly building a small garage full of samples. He identified the best decorations and started putting them into boxes.

In mid-2024, Mike heard about the idea and, having had a similar idea himself the year before, jumped at the chance to get involved in this amazing business venture. Leading the creative team, he came on board to help launch OneStopBox to market. You wouldn’t be reading this website now without his amazing talents.

We are passionate about saving people time by doing all the thinking for you, sourcing great decorations, and providing exceptional value. While starting with Halloween exclusively, there are grand plans to expand the range across many themes including kids' parties, Bucks and Hens nights, other key dates, and much more!
