Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase at OneStopBox, so if you’re not 100% happy with your order, we are not happy. We will happily fully refund your money.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

We accept returns/exchanges on all of our full priced items within 7 days of receiving them. We ask that the following requirements are met:

  • You must notify us by email of your intent within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging

  • Send your return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will not process returns unless previously agreed to by email and until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

To receive an online store credit from us, please email us at hello@onestopbox.com and quote your order number and details of your request. Once we communicate with you regarding your return, you can send your parcel back to us.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Posting another item back to you will incur a shipping cost.

  • Please keep a copy of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for missing returns.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, OneStopBox is not required to provide a refund or exchange in the case of change of mind, wrong selection, or different size required. This includes payments made with AfterPay.

If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available, otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis and the outcome is at the sole discretion of OneStopBox. If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return, or refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address on your order, please send us an email at orders@onestopbox.com.au within two hours of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. Any incorrect addresses which result in a parcel being sent back to us may incur a "return to sender" fee which our delivery partner imposes on us.

  • OneStopBox is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

  • OneStopBox is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout.

*The postage times quoted should be used as a rough guide. Rural Australian areas may incur longer transit times. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it may be subject to delay with our delivery partner. Please check the tracking page provided when your order is shipped for the latest transit times and delivery information.
