WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOX
What comes in a OneStopBox?
Each box includes themed decorations, all the little extras that make the space feel complete, and the planning tools to help the day run smoothly. The extras include games to keep the kids entertained, access to kid-friendly playlists, party invitations, food ideas, hints & tips, and setup instructions.
Do I need to buy anything extra?
You’ll get everything needed to decorate and run the basic flow of the party. Some parents choose to add their own food (we’ll give you some ideas), cake or extras, but the core setup is complete straight out of the box. There may be a few items needed to hang or style the room, such as Blu Tack, 3M hooks or sticky tape.
Are the decorations reusable?
Most items can be reused if they’re looked after. Some items, like balloons or paper products, are single-use.
Do you offer different themes?
Yes. We’ll be launching with a range of popular themes for toddlers through to older kids. New themes will roll out across 2026 based on what parents are requesting.
ORDERING & CUSTOMISING
How long does setup take?
This depends on your general ability and how many helpers you have. Most setups take around 40–60 minutes depending on your space and box size. We include a setup guide to help you get everything up efficiently and without too much hassle.
Can I customise my box?
Not at this stage. The value comes from a curated, ready-to-go setup. You can add optional extras to your cart if you want more items such as plates, cups etc., but the core box isn’t customisable yet. You will get to choose the style of games and invites for your party.
How far in advance should I order?
Ideally a minimum of 1–2 weeks before your event, but we ship fast. If you’re cutting it close, choose express shipping at checkout. There may be discounts available for purchasing your box months in advance, as this helps us forecast stock levels.
Do you have options for big parties?
You can add extra sets of tableware and essentials during checkout (they come in sets of 5). If you’re hosting a really big group, just reach out and we can tailor something to suit your needs.
Can I add extra items?
Totally! We have themed plates and cups available for all themes, plus a range of extras. Select them from the add-on section after choosing your themed box.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Australia. Shipping times vary by location and you’ll see your options at checkout. See terms and conditions for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is usually 3–7 business days depending on where you live. Express is faster. You’ll get tracking updates the whole way.
What if something arrives damaged?
Just message us and send a quick photo and we’ll sort it straight away. Customer service is extremely important to us and we’re not happy unless you’re happy.
SAFETY, RETURNS & SUPPORT
Are these products safe for young kids?
Everything is chosen with kids in mind. However, please be mindful that some items may pose choking hazards for younger children. Some decorations come in plastic bags, nothing beats adult supervision, so keep an eye on the little ones.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Absolutely. If something’s wrong, we will fix it. If you changed your mind, just keep the box sealed and return it within 14 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. You will need to cover the return postage.
Do you do bulk or school/childcare orders?
Yes we do. We can help with larger orders for centres, schools or events. Contact us and we’ll discuss the best option to suit your needs.
How does this compare to buying separately?
Most parents spend hours scrolling, stressing and running around to multiple stores. We bundle everything into one box that actually works together, so you save time, money and a lot of mental load.
