4.1 Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at onestopbox.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
4.2 Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders over $199 are shipped for free.
Australia Post Standard Rates apply and are based on your location and item(s) purchased.
Australia Post Express Rates apply and are based on your location and item(s) purchased
4.3 Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you prefer your box to arrive closer to your event, we’ll delay shipping and dispatch your order at the time you’ve requested.
4.5 Shipment to P.O. boxes
We’re able to ship to PO boxes, but please factor in collection time so your order is ready for your event.
4.6 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4.7 Customs, Duties and Taxes
Onestopbox.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4.8 Damages
Onestopbox.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4.9 International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside AUS
