What size box should I choose?
We recommend the small box for parties up to 10 children, and the medium box for larger parties or extra wow factor
What comes in a OneStopBox?
Every box includes themed decorations, games to keep the kids busy, a curated music playlist, digital invites personalised to your child, food ideas, a party run-sheet, and hints and tips to help the day run smoothly. Medium boxes include extra decorations and bonus inclusions. Everything is designed to work together, no mismatched colours, no missing pieces.
Can I customise my box?
The core box is curated and ready to go, which is what makes it so simple. You will get to choose any add-ons that include themed plates, cup etc, as well as a range of other party upgrades. It's designed so you don't have to make a hundred decisions and can get back to what you were doing.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes. When you order, simply select your preferred delivery date and we'll take care of the rest. Whether your party is next week or two months away, we'll store your box and ship it out at the right time. No need to time your order perfectly or worry about misplacing it. We've got it handled for you.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend no less than 3 weeks out as your purchase also includes an invite that we will supply. 3 weeks notice to your guests is ideal.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.
Changed your mind? Return your unopened box within 30 days for a full refund.
What if my box is out of stock?
We are restocking all the time and depending when your party is, we may still be able to help you. We also may only be missing one component of your box and if need be, we will source it locally to ensure you can still get your party box! Reach out to us directly for a conversation.
